'How do I get the bonus experience from the Armoury?'

As long as you're playing a Disciple of War or a Disciple of Magic class that's a lower level than your highest level class then you're able to benefit from the bonus experience. You do not need to have a class at level 80 for the bonus to be active.

'How much is the bonus experience?'

You get +100% experience from levels 1 to 69, which then reduces to +50% for level 70 to 79. The difference in level between your current class and highest class does not change the amount of experience you get.

healer's the most useful overall in overworld, DPS for damage
tank is probably the least useful since you will most certainly outdamage your chocbo and gain aggro over it

you can max all 3 trees at level 20, though it takes a lot of grinding and use of specific items to raise the chocobo's level

Ingame, of course - the market board (of you craft them yourself)
But some cosmetics are mog station only, the real special, unique stuff

99% of cosmetic are earned in game

The cash shop only has a small amount

TBH most of the Mogstation cosmetics aren't that great or don't mix well with in-game stuff

you can't get the level 60 job gear back from the calamity salvager since it was originally tomestone gear

you need to rank up in your grand company to 2nd lieutenant, unlock Allied Hunts, and then unlock Clan hunts in Ishgard/Idyllshire to buy it for Centurio Seals
