How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms.
