Hello everyone! I locked my account by accidentally typing in the wrong password, and to unlock it I need to change it. So I tried to recover the account my normal means but none of my data (security quetion, my birthday, etc.) Didn't work at all. So confused I contacted the support and they replied "SQUARE ENIX ID you've contacted for is associated to a different email address from the one you've contacted for. An email containing your ID has been sent to the email address on the account."
So I check my other account and tried to recover the password on there. But I received an email "This e-mail has been automatically sent because you have requested to update your password.
However, this e-mail address is not associated with a Square Enix account. Please verify that your e-mail address is correct and try again."
In the past I did had some security issues on my first account and contacted support that successfully switch my email connected to my FFXIV account to my new email. But could it have messed up something? and now because of it I can't recover the account? or is it more likely that I lost access to this email adress that I had associated with my FFXIV account?

Alchemy isn't a job, it's a crafting class. To level those, you just craft. Levequests are unlocked in most major hubs, 1-2 per zone up until you reach heavensward
For crafting, once you reach level 20 as well, you can do Ishgard turn ins, which use the collectible system
