to put it plainly, its not a pvp game. at all. pvp is only active because of the exclusive gear, hairstyles, and the decent exp from daily roulette.

"Not good" is maybe too harsh, its more like "Fine". It depends on what you want to get out of PVP, but its not quite "primary content" like it is in WoW or something, its secondary. Behind things like Main Story, Casual/Hardcore raiding, etc.
I actually had fun playing PVP for a few weeks straight to get 100 wins in 24v24v24, I also play 4v4 every once in a while and its very high octane shit. Its worth trying, like I said just depends on what "mode" youre more into (Frontlines, Feast, etc.)

'Why does my EXP bar have some blue or faded yellow in it?'

That's Rested Experience, which is an extra source of bonus experience shared between all of your classes. You gradually earn this while inside a sanctuary (town or area with a major aetheryte), regardless of whether you're online or not. Sanctuaries are also indicated with a crescent moon icon near your experience bar.

'How much of a boost is it?'

The most amount of rested experience you can have at once is one and a half levels of experience. That means that lower level jobs use up the rested experience faster than higher level jobs do.

I think I may have found the problem. It was Razer Cortex. The program that's suppose to reduce the ram of which game that is being played. If it's a gaming computer, then Razer Cortex would be unnecessary for Nvidia or AMD Graphics Cards.

Done hunting log already, can't do expert due to too low of a rank, and I'll delete my account if I have to tank anymore roulettes

the crafting/gathering turn-ins are pretty decent and you can always just buy the needed items if desired

they also fill out the GC section of the challenge log which gives even more seals.

I can't remember how many seals they give, but there's also Leve people that give GC-themed leves in a couple of areas.

If you meant data center travel, then there's a feature coming in the future that you can travel between said server regions without requiring to make another character. Currently you need to make another character if you want to play in another data center or pay a fee to transfer an already made character.

for holmgang, if you're using it the same time as your HP is dropping to 0 then there's a chance you get snapshotted with your HP going to 0 before holmgang registers, and you should use it a bit earlier for safety
