each tribe has its own questline, you do dailies for them, get reputation, higher rep = more things available for trade

ARR you can unlock around 44..ish, not sure what's the minimum level to actually do the dailies, then HW you unlock near the end of leveling too and the dailies scale from 51 to 60, then the HW formula for the next expansions
