for bosses/trials, off tank turns it on roughly 30 seconds after the main tank
for meridianum/praetorium i keep it off and just pray the other guy enables tank stance

Would you reccomed to give full priority to getting the 900 weekly revelations now that I have one lvl 80 job? even If I'm still 2-3 weeks away from getting to end-game content?
I want to get more jobs at lvl 80 before finishing MSQ so I can finish all role quest to enjoy more the lore, so I need to decide between using roulettes to fast lvl up, or to use them to get revelations

You can use Revelations to start buying i520 Cryptlurker's for your job so when you hit that end-game content it's easier

yeah, but I found out doing some stuff makes me enjoy more the plot, like when I stopped playing the game for 3 weeks for finishing FFT before the SB Alliance Raids, and it was totally worth it (and I'mgonna do the same with Nier Automata before doing the ShB alliance raids)

XDD For me, playing FFT before Return to Ivalice was so good of a experience between the 2 of them in that order, that I wanna finish 12 before doing Bozja (even if 12 wasn't finished by Matsuno, and for what a friend tells me, it could be that that Bozja was the original version of Matsuno for 12, but even so I wanna finish 12, I'm like at 75% of the game)

well the most successful runs according to my FC is to actually find friends (a static) that would mesh with your progress. Some statics can do content like 1 week, others like 2 days depending on their skill. I am just looking for one to learn

High end content like extremes and savage raids aren't in normal roulettes so like trial and normal raid. Savage raids specifically aren't in ANY roulettes so there'd have to be 8 other people queuing for said raid
