Hi guys, i've actually a problem with a quest, am trying to unlock the Nutsy quest but it show's that i've to unlock "Travelers of Norvrandt" ( that i've already done) and " Elite and Dangerous" as i tried to look from the first mission up to find the elite quest to see if i had done it, but i didn't find any of the quests (so i think i did this too) but the nutsy quest doesnt show up idk what to do

You will see a message that your chocobo is beginning to grow new feathers each time the colour changes as you feed, this confirms that your chocobo will be a different colour in 6 hours. If you don't see this message, you should feed an additional 1-2 of the recommended fruit until you do.

Desynthesis is only one way to obtain the rare materials. Most of them (the only exceptions are ARR ex demimateria) can also drop directly from the trial. But for desynth, yes you have to have lv30 on iirc at least one class, to do the requisite quest.

So basically when gathering, you may find treasure maps, depending on the node's level. There are a large variety of treasure maps, having different names like "Dragonskin Treasure Map" or "Gaganaskin Treasure Map", and each map type has its own loot table. They come in two main types: solo and group. Group types have a chance to spawn a dungeon that has very good rewards, but can't be soloed. Solo maps can't spawn dungeons.

Nope. Crafters and gatherers don't depend on combat jobs one bit (except for farming some materials that drop from mobs). Although you need combat jobs to unlock new zones and flying, which makes gathering easier.

only the last point of hp matters. furthermore, there are no source of random damage in the game aka all damage is predictable
so the healer has plently of time to top you up before you get hit again by something that can kill you
