The $1 charge is completely normal. A lot of companies do this when you are attempted to pay via a card, as a preauthorization check to make sure the card is valid before charging the entire amount. They are not permanant charges, and will disappear.

If its something very critical so do then I would definitely do it, but if bahamut coils and some min ilvl experience all synced is enough to do it then that should be enough for me
