You can queue up to the trial through the Duty Finder, no need to physically access the cave

once the queue pops you can teleport into the dungeon and when that finishes it will put you right where the quest needs you

and/or can be satisfied by youtube/reading about it
much of ARR is incredibly slow to play and if you've got mmo experience you're unlikely to be worse than the average duty finder member at level 50 for very long
