A guide for what? As rin said, the OTP field can be left blank if you don't have an authenticator attached to your account.

use 1 or 2 or 3 combos to use a scroll, which then uses an ability dependant on what scrolls in order you use
using one usually is just a ranged attack, using 2 combines to an ability, 3 is a big ability iirc
