If it's makeup or face paint, you can change it after you unlock the aesthetician. Otherwise you'll have to either buy a Fantasia or wait until you finish the quest "The Ultimate Weapon" at level 50.

Hey guys, need some help with a macro. I want to have a macro that automatically types ''/hotbar display 10'' - how would I do that?
