After this latest patch my FFXIV has decided it doesn't like my ps4 pad, everything else is fine EXCEPT for the fact that movement and camera control are now coming through the joystick. I've tried turning both the pad and tower off and on again, nothing. I've disabled and re enabled the controller in the PC as a whole, and I'm not using DS4Windows. You could but the issue is there is no guarantee that you could buy someone else's house
When someone relinquishes ownership of a plot of land there is an invisible random length timer that stops people from buying it for a while
the only bypass through that timer is if you are relocating
So you could pay someone to give up their house and someone else could then steal that plot from you lol
