Doing level 50/60/70.... stuff. MSQ roullete is a massive blap once per day. Levelling roulette in a 50+. There's a ton of ways.
First time bonus for dungeons and trials is a huge source too (and you don't even have to be the first timer)

Materia grades 6 and lower can be removed safely 100% of the time. Removing grade 7 is I think 70% success rate? Grade 8 is 40% success rate. Failing means the materia breaks. You don't need a crafter leveled to remove materia. You do, however, need to have basic melding unlocked which is at the small goblin camp north of the aetheryte camp in Central Thanalan.

Some boss mechanic requires each raid party at the highest threat. Boss will cast a total of 3 tank busters to the raid (1 per party) at the highest threat. If you're not at the top, your healer may eat your tank buster. 😒 Really depends on the fight but if you're not main tanking. turn on stance after 30sec into the fight.

if you're not confident in tanking the boss, leave your stance off and someone else will usually take aggro and tank it. however, after about 10 seconds into the fight, you should turn on your own tank stance. that way, if the main tank dies, you receive aggro instead of a poor dps
if there are 3 sets of mobs on the arena, that usually means you should have stance on and divide mobs among the three tanks

No. You'd have to completely relinquish control of the plot and then try to buy it as an FC house instead
All plots can be personal or FC houses, there's no distinction.
