Road to 70 stays for all of your jobs as long as they are below 70. The only way it goes away is if you have no more sub-70s or if your server loses its preferred status and 90 days have passed since your character was created.

No they don't close for holidays. It's more likely that the system is just backed up. Some items take considerably longer to deliver than others. Account-wide mounts in particular.

I do know of problems with legacy ip-adress allocations and webshops that try use them to assign the correct region, what can work is turning off the modem for 4 to 24 hours to get a new IP-lease if the ISP is using dynamic allocations (almost all consumer ISP's do that), but that means no internet for 4 to 24 hours ofc.

Well, if the starting color wasn't correct it makes errors ofc.
And RNG is possible for a bit, because like i said, when the RGB value is something the game doesn't know, it grabs the RGB values that are closest to it seperatly resulting in odd colors.

np, you can stuff them in a retainer or your saddlbag or whatevs but do note to augment it you need it in your inventory to complete the quest

You can disable that in Character Configuration > UI Settings > Restore Map When Not Moving > select "No" from the drop-down menu
