and thats only the current tier, you can also sync down to old level caps and do sb/hw/arr savage raids and ex trials (most people run them unsynced now but synced is good fun too if youre interested in that kind of thing)
and theres blue mage, which you can do old raids with as well. basically a whole other dimension of side content

But crafting jobs require grind, skins too. Not a big problem.
But i'm just afraid to be alone without any "multiplayer experience : chat ect" except dungeons.
And except farming some good skins, i'm afraid i will just have to spam endgame dungeon (no trash so only the same boss again and again)

Hmm, I do find it a bit hard to explain. But in general, at end game, there are a lot of stuff to socialize on.
Like join a Free Company (Guild) and go hardcore crafting big projects with them, do dungeons with roulettes and fight trash mobs, etc.

like for example eden's promise: umbra (savage) has an ilvl requirement of 500 to enter, and normally need 2 tanks, 2 healers and 4 dps
if its a full group, you can go in with whatever composition and ilvl
unsync is not in relation to this at all
if you want to do an instance without being level sync'd down, you use the undersized party option

Yeah, it’s a bit hard to say. The first 150-300 hours of MSQ is mostly focused on “enjoying the story”.
There are some dungeons to run, some bosses to fight, and those do require multiplayer.
But other than that, there isn’t really anything hard that require coordination with people, so it’s just 150-300 hours of MSQ.

Yeah, I kind of wish there is a system in place to have a player experience how FFxiv endgame feels like, then go back and play FFxiv from the beginning to experience the story.

But you are blocked behind it till endgame. And most of players will play it solo. I would love a global chat like /world in Wow. It would make the server more "alive"
But in the opposite, in Wow TBC, you need to play with others, but then you are stuck with your character because it's a pain in the ass to level up a character, it's why it's hard to chose. Not fun to only play ONE class as a casual
