So about 1/3-1/4 of a level per dungeon, assuming you're running the highest level one you can.
It takes 6-7 runs to move up to the next dungeon.

It's really going to depend on what you enjoy the most. I like leveling as CNJ/WHM, but a lot of people find that boring. Conversely, I really hate SMN/SCH and tanks, but other people enjoy them.

To give you some depth. Get to level 20 in each class so you can EZ craft the required turn-ins because you have to have 50 collectability (increase quality to increase collectability). From there, I managed to get all of my tradecrafts up to 70+ in less than a week.
