Hello. I am a new player in EU zone. I am currently downloading game and choosing my server (data center) and trying to figure out pre-game basics. I have some mmo experience, but this is my first attempt at diving into FF14.
From what I figured out from pinned topics, servers have different economies (auctions? pre-set shops?), and they also have different "hunts", and I am not even sure how end-game PvE content (raiding / dungeons) are called, and if it is possible to play with other servers on the same data center. Also, is there anything that indicates heavier focus on PvP or RP content on the server? Or presense of particular language communities? (I found a topic on reddit, but it seems to be out of date currently).
In short, how does a new player figure out what server he should go to? What should I pay attention to?

just giving a little tip for people reading this and struggling to find a party for any dungeon, I used to tag for hours for Delubrum Reginae, but I was only on one language in my duty finder, switched on the 4 languages and now I tag for 5min max at any time of the day.
So any people that feels they wait way to much, or dps that tries to queue for roulette or anything, just go to your duty finder, settings and check every language, this will make your life easier, and your farm more smooth !
