seems like a broad/vague answer but it's really that simple.. different datacenters have somewhat different focuses (RP/Raiding, etc) but it's not an all-exclusive thing either way. For instance I've both heard Lamia is a great/friendly server+community yet also have heard the exact opposite.. having been here for awhile I can speak for both sides tbh

ehh, fisher isn't as useful as botanist or miner but its not useless. since some of the current end-game food (namely food for crafter) does require fish
and at the start of expnsions, fisher can make pretty decent gil often with aethersand but its really up to you

After 55/65/75, should using whatever gear you get from main scenario quest/dungeons. I assume you're still working on the Seventh Astral Era quests (known as post arr) so you won't have access to shire gear until later on in the heavensward msq
