You should be getting a lot new new abilities starting at level 30, when you upgrade from a class to a job, not at level 50.

But generally speaking, yes. Rotations for all classes start getting more involved from level 50 and up. Most classes are considered to have the majority of their kit by level 60.
Although you'll continue to learn abilities or get upgrades to existing ones as you level from 60 to 80, and you'll get a powerful cd at level 70 and 80.

Yes, use Duty Finder. Your party members will be expecting a newbie; the game tells them there's someone new when they start the dungeon.

You can probably get an apartment in FF14, which is one room and allows no outdoor decorating. I was able to get one without trouble. If that fits what you're looking for, by all means, get FF14. If you want a full home-decoration experience, you probably want something else.

Another way is using BLU and final sting Extreme Ifrit/Titan/Garuda EX and collect whatever they drop, and camp turn-in. Take you 1-1.5 minute/run, and you can farm mount along the way if you haven't have them (all three also drops Nightmare mount outside of their respective mounts). Also send your retainer for Quick Venture will quickly offset the cost with the gear they bring back.

Each side is completely separate in terms of what they make. So the logos on the left side don’t influence the right side, except for success rate when using more than 4 mnemes.

Your gear might be a big problem. It should roughly match your level up until lv50. You should also get a chocobo companion to heal you when you reach lv30. But to answer your question, every major city has a shop district, and a NPC titled Apothecary there.

You don't in that case. Go to Mor Dhona and look for Auriana (I think). She'll sell you ilvl130 gear.
