As far as I'm understanding the question...no?
Maybe you could do it but it'd be pretty awkward and it'd involve making your hotbars into a template, going into your character file and just copying your hotbar settings somewhere so you can just set it back whenever you want or something

So i am trying to read up more about rotation and such as a newcomer and usually i just pay attention to GCD and weave whatever seems to work (as DRG and DRK) until i saw DRK double weave opener ,-,
So ummm...with the tight timing is it going to be punishing if i cant execute it in the ideal time (i.e. delay in double weaving say i press 1 weave other hotkeys then press 2 but the GCD is already up in a bit due to me being slow in weaving)
