Yeah. You get "one star" movement speed upon completing every zone. The motorcycle just gives it to you as soon as you when you get the ability to ride, regardless of whether you've finished a zone.

SCH's HP heals are all tied to it's unique mechanic, aetherflow.
You could use MP, but uh... Your only good MP heal is physick when Emergency Tactics isn't on cooldown.
It's the same as cure mashing, it doesn't feel good at higher levels.

Grant you the Aetherflow status, which is basically just a resource.
You get 3 every minute normally, but you can manipulate that a little with other skills
