A fate better than total complete annihilation in all respect. Their plan was to never save their world in the traditional sense because they believed it was impossible, it was more to give it some sense of living on||

also in regards to the crystals you have, ||there is that one scene where midgardsormr stabs you and your crystals go gray, so he basically suppressed your blessing of light and you could barely hear hydaelyn, and then you needed to regain your crystals so you could hear her again||

sylph management is lvl 20 main scenario quest
that said, your warrior quest will be at the marauder's guild in limsa, so if you dont see it there then yeah you need to progress msq if you've completed all of your marauder quests
