There is another thing you need to grind besides elemental level, the Logo's Actions in the 3rd and 4th area. (You nees 30 of them for the relic and all 56 for the special glowing armor.)

So ive been trying to force a fate to spawn for what seems to be 2 hours now. Its an achievement fate in The Tempest. The 6th fate in the seven step fate chain is on a timer. If you have access to ShB leves the "A Cookie For Your Troubles" leve is often a gil positive thing to spam turn in because people sell the cookies on the marketboard for less than the amount of gil the leve pays for some reason
also the recipe is easy so yeah you could make HQ ones for even more money

Sac L is an action that revives a person while also inflicting doom on the caster. The strat is that the caster has spirit of the remembered active, (as should everyone) and they'll use sac L on the dead target. When they die, they'll bank on remembered reviving them. If not, they have another person do the same.
