Dungeons aren't a great place to determine damage, tbh. You're unlikely to beat a RDM on trash, simply because BLM has a bit rampup. If you were losing on bosses, it might be that you weren't keeping uptime perfectly

Crystalline Rain is the item needed, if I'm not wrong - purchasable for 100 tomes of allegory per Rain (and you typically need multiple per item)
I wouldn't worry about that part too much until 5.55 comes out, I think they will nerf the number needed per item a bit with the last MSQ patch

But if I wants to try out tank or healer. I know the welk guide will teach me the class but I meant more of like guidelines behind the role itself

tanking isn't really that different from DPS, you just have defensive cooldowns to use instead of actual complication on the dps side

Because there are better methods of leveling, as Aril mentions there is custom deliveries which you should NOT be avoiding though since it's a FUCK ton of xp AND scrips

I think that would depend on the needs of the players using the house. Personally I think a mender is a must-have, and a material supplier is useful for crafters.
