I know NUMPAD0 targets the nearest nonplayer object, but I'm coming to an issue when I'm at a MB on a crowded server & using NUMPAD0 to target the MB & then using NUMPAD6 to target my retainer nell instead, instead of switching to the retainer it targets the nearest player.. So since the patch, my FPS has been way lower than it usually is and it's pretty annoying. Used to get 90fps ish in Lavender Beds but now I get around 40fps. I think I might've found why, because if I hide the UI with Scroll Lock, FPS goes back up to 90FPS, then back down to 40 when I reenable it. Is there anything I could do about this? Sucking at something is the first step towards bein kinda good at something! I highly recommend grabbing a friend to go with you into dungeons so that at least 1/2 of the people there won't get tilted since that is probably your concern? If you're still worried about early leveling a healer/tank FATEs+Beast tribes are a totally okay way of leveling thats just slower, theres nothing wrong with it, it will just take more time and thats okay.

I feel like this goes here if not sorry, so I've been having problems where the game crashes after selecting a character and having a 2-3 minutes loading screen (for me thats pretty long since it normally only takes 30 seconds) at first, but after a day or two (starting yesterday) it wont even let me get to the character selection or the screen where you choose the DC , press "play" and all that, so now its just "start game -> game starts -> black screen -> error message" (this is the message that pops up )
(translation: "ffxiv has been closed due to an error" basically)
