The new breach coin is weekly capped. You need it and 1 coin from factory and 1 coin from bunker to upgrade cryptlurker gear. Those last 2 aren't capped though.

If you mean a linkshell you can rename at a Linkshell Distributer NPC. If you mean a free company, you use the OIC Administrator at the grand company headquarters.
