Marketboard is the only option for i450 / i480 / i510 gear before the base 5.0 story end, but it is kinda expensive now because the World Visit system has shit down.

Ouch, she needs to contact the SQEX customer service then, it is possible the OTP did got into her account, but it got corrupted somehow. The customer service can remove it in such cases.
This is one of the reasons some people don't want to use OTP, but it is highly recommended to set one up. So you two did a good job in the first place.

Mount speed increases are also unlocked per zone via progressing the MSQ. Optional even further speed increases are possible by buying riding map items with hunt currency, but these aren't really very useful as flying is ultimately still faster.
To be clear, mount speed increases only affect ground speed. Flying speed is always the same, and it's faster than max upgraded ground speed.

Controller has 8x2 (L2 and R2 sides) but when you have to then toggle more commands with L1/R1 it does make it a lot more complicated, at least for me. Also the simply things like opening menus with a single key, using mouse to drag map, etc. Then again, I'll still give it a go, hope it works well!
