3rd step: 6 level 60 dungeons synced/leveling roulettes, or more grinding in the Bozjan Southern Front
4th step: 15 ARR 24-mans or CE farming in BSF or 3 Castrum Lacus Litores
5th step:** only done once.** 18 HW and 18 SB 24-man raids and/or farming SB FATEs.
6th step: 15 Delubrum Reginaes or farming POTD

Yeah, deciding whether to transfer servers or not can have a lot to do with how invested you are into the character you're playing. If you're still in ARR, it tends to be easier to just start over.

I'd say that it is much easier to level up crafters/gatherers if you wait until you've hit max level on a combat class, BUT if you enjoy crafting/gathering, it is not a flat-out mistake to level them as you go along

Tarik - Start with the Eden Raids, normal will get you some upgrades, Savage is the current top tier, I'd also suggest the Nier Alliance Raids. The latter questline starts in Kholusia.
