Enemies it's useful against will have a buff indicating as such -- you don't need it anywhere but DR Savage, but you do benefit in southern front and CLL against certain enemies. It does nothing in DR normal.

A requirement for a mouse like that would have to be saved configs to internal memory as you can't set it up on the PS5 due to said software not being able to be downloaded on the PS5. Yep. If it’s incredibly hard to get into and it’s required for the story, the idea is to look in party finder for a level 80 to undersize it with you.
