Most of the healing comes from "oGCDs", the stuff that isnt on a cooldown timer and you cast inbetween casts, so to speak.
As long as you have those, even being out of MP shouldnt be a problem.

And any time you cast regen, you're not casting a damage spell- which is why people say one or the other there.

both can craft everything technically. and neither can 100% HQ 4 star recipes without some amount of HQ materials. but i500 requires specialist + HQ Crab Chili in order to craft 4 star, and to 100% HQ requires all HQ materials. i500 set can't reliably 100% HQ Grade 4 tinctures even with all HQ materials. Max melded Aesthetes with either Aesthetes MH or relic MH tools can 100% HQ 4 star recipes with just 1 HQ mat.

I'll have to farm Tomestones of Allegory and Revelations, the stuff is quite expensive, but when I look in the shops the only weapon is a shield, no actual weapons?

I also don't have any of the currency that looks like letters (like Mowen's) so I guess I'm farming stuff. Any suggestions what to aim for as a 80DRG? Just go for highest item level I can see in shops and farm that particular currency?

Yeah bots are inevitable but the ones in game aren’t as nasty as the external ones. External ones could be trying to ping SE servers so frequently they could effectively be a DDOS. In game is managed by the fact they have restrictions on how many characters are logged in via the queue system
