The Outsider boots share a model with the Anemos boots and I had a mod that changed them for Roe/Hroth (Kara Chenko set. looks like it was removed from the mod repo)

Desynthing items for shards/crystals/clusters isn't a very efficient method to get more. For crafting shards, there are a couple decent passive ways to gather them. You can send a retainer assigned with either miner or botanist on a gathering venture to get a decent amount every 40-60 minutes, depending on their level. You can also gather firelight seeds and grow those in a garden. Takes just under a day. If I recall correctly, Aetherial Reduction (it's like desynthesis for gatherers) only yields crafting crystals or clusters. At high levels, miner and botanist get skills that make manually gathering shards and crystals en masse much easier.

5.5 will have the bulk of the content, with the new alliance raid, trial, and half of the story content. 5.55 will have the update to Save the Queen quests and relic updates. 5.56 will have the second half of the story quests and little else iirc. After that there will be a couple more incremental patches mostly for easing the gearing process one last time before expansion.
