In the recipe list, there’s a second tab that you can access by clicking the icons just above the level 1-5 recipes. In that second tab, there’s a category for housing items. It’s in that housing list.

Keep doing msq, once you unlock level roulette do that a few times along the way and ignore sidequests.
Main story will unlock essential dungeons.
46-49 is a big jump in level as far as MSQ goes
