Also, some of those Q+ quests only unlock after others are done, so to "find all quests" you'd have to revisit EVERY map after every quest, no?

The content you are doing right now is intended for lvl 50. Once you start Heavensward the quests will give a lot more xp

which is faster than the 0 star land speed of other mount defaults

Essentially you uh, do floors and floors of mobs and stuff, and it has it's own leveling system inside the content so as you go through floors you go from levels 1 to 60 and then when you complete a set of floors you get ACTUAL xp for your job outside of Palace of the Dead

While all jobs are needed, DPS queues are a pain in the ass in dungeons and stuff like that(See it like LoL's draft queue, or OW's role queue) but since the other person is going PLD, i guess they won't be a problem

Queueing as dps + tank or healer can be anywhere from < 1 minute to 10+ depending on the instance.
