There are a couple of really really good PvP modes like Rival Wings and Gorge but yeah the issue is PVP gets memed a lot and most people don't run it so getting into PvP can take a fair amount of time

I did unlock some Eureka dungeon, but not exactly sure how that works. Also, I will plow through story for Shadowbringers as well (Currently 76 DRG) and once I'm done there I will actually start looking at gear seriously aside from just equiping best I have so far. So reaching lvl 80 and maybe buying those higher IL gears, is there any reason to keep these current ones? I don't care if they're dyeable, lol. I can care about looks later.

Basically, at the end of the day this game really is 3 different colours of DPS. The optimal decision is the one that makes that number go up.
The difference between Determination and Direct Hit melds from a healer's DPS view is rather small, so if it bothers you just do Determination -- that's what I do, personally.

Just remember to export your Character/client settings at the character select menu after logging in to save those settings.
that way you can import them from your PC and not have to mess with a bunch of stuff that don't transfer over, like hotbars/macros/gearsets/UI
