B-ranks (the passive ones that are part of the weeklies respawn almost immediately after they are killed. A ranks have a few hours and S-ranks are every few days and usually have special conditions to spawn them.

Leveling roulette bonus is applied only once per day. After that, it's better to repeat the highest level dungeon available to you if you're grinding out levels.

You can use <pos> in a line of text to link the coordinates of your current location however
Or <flag> to relay the position of a flag you’ve already placed
But you can’t do like “place flag at x=15 z=21” for example
