Without a preferred server you'll outlevel the ARR MSQ until about Lv 47 when it jumps suddenly from 46 to 49

About how long does it take for a mogstation purchase to pop up at the delivery moogle

depends on the time, sometimes can be a few minutes. sometimes can be a lot longer

account bound items are usually a lot longer

Character specific usually only take an hour at the most

can hit the 'request delivery' button when talking to the mail moogle, to try and speed it up

but ultimately just have to be patient

Aura told me not to let Estinien die on the final boss and that the first boss has some kind of marker mechanic where I need to go to a statue or it'll oneshot me
