Can I ask one thing. I just did a quest that took me from Limsa to Gridania. If I use return back to Limsa (for a quest) how can I return to gridania? I activated the big aetheyte but cant seem to go between zones.

Glamour FAQ

'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms. You can unlock the ability to glamour by doing the level 15 quests 'If I Had a Glamour' in Vesper Bay, West Thanalan. Although not required, you can unlock the ability to dye gear with the nearby quest 'Color Your World'. You can get the Orange Juice needed by talking to the nearby Merchant & Mender. Items used for glamouring are not lost upon use.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. After clicking this you choose the item you want the appearance on the right half of the menu that opened up. You can get more Glamour Prisms by either crafting them after completing the quest 'Absolutely Glamourous', buying them from your Grand Company Quartermaster, or buying them from the marketboard.

Political question time! Just went through the 3 memorial speeches and am curious about the other starting zones. My thoughts, please correct and expand (please avoid any spoilers for major changes later in the story if any):

Ul'dah: Monarchy. It's clear enough that Raubahn isn't the leader, the Sultana is.
Limsa Lominsa: Is there a central government here or is it a lawless place? Merlwyb seems to have a lot of influence at the very least, and the guards are all uniformed so it doesn't seem like pure anarchy. Is there a council of captains ruling or something?
Gridania: Didn't run into any real clues here. Kan-E-Senna and the seedseers seem to be more directly related to the Adders than to Gridania itself.

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Regardless of if you obtained loot from your weekly clear, you will be barred from rolling on loot from the same encounter until the next weekly reset.

Entering an encounter before clearing the previous floor(s) will relinquish all rewards from previously uncleared floors. (e.g. Entering E12S before clearing E9S for the week will relinquish loot from E9S, E10S, and E11S.) You will lose a chance to earn a book and your chance to roll on any loot that drops that week.

Correct. They drop special crafting materials that you can use to make the weapon, or drop special currency that you trade the weapons for. Mind that the crafting materials can be bought on the MB.

You don’t need to complete them to cycle through them. Take them from NPC, then if the one you need wasn’t there abandon them all to refresh the list. At least that’s how I used to do it for when I did my first zodiac and back when leve-grinding was the only tolerable way to get all crafts up

Protip: don't sell in stacks of 99. People don't typically need or buy that much. Sell the lowest amount needed for a craft. It'll be gone much quicker. The largest stack I recommend selling is like 30.

Fourth floor: Weapon + Chest + Random single weapon + Mount + Minion

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Regardless of if you obtained loot from your weekly clear, you will be barred from rolling on loot from the same encounter until the next weekly reset.

Entering an encounter before clearing the previous floor(s) will relinquish all rewards from previously uncleared floors. (e.g. Entering E12S before clearing E9S for the week will relinquish loot from E9S, E10S, and E11S.) You will lose a chance to earn a book and your chance to roll on any loot that drops that week.

The number of players in your party that have cleared/skipped the encounter for the week will also affect the loot you will get after clearing the encounter.
