you can just fish until you get enough but it'll be slow without patience(preferably patience II for the higher HQ chance)

since the collectability rating for fish is based entirely off of the size of the fish
and you can manipulated that to a degree by using patience to catch HQ which are usually bigger in size

Iirc someone said I cant farm them off enemies above 70. I'm currently lv67 since a friend helped me level earlier, can I move on to enemies that are 70+ or do I keep grinding level 69 mobs
