NMs have a respawn timer of either 1 or 2 hours and require their corresponding enemy on the map to be killed a lot to spawn.
As for the bunny fate, it seems to spawn like every 15 minutes or so once everyone in the instance no longer has their bunny buff, either from finding the coffer or letting it expire.
