Are the dialogues different if you didn't finish Stormblood?

They should be in the Alchemy Master Craft books, either 1 or 2

Yeah, the Artifact Equipment is from the Master Craft books 1, while the Vintage Equipment-item drops in level 50 dungeons like Snowcloak

that's the main reason i'm averse to playing that as my main role in raids
