And my most worrisome part is the crystal sand farming, which, I know the methods, just asking if I stick just to poetic for the most part and spam praetorium/aetheric like 5-7 times per day or more.

That's great and all, but that's why it's there. A quick exp boost for those leveling, and for people at level cap, a quick chunk of endgame tomes once a day. If you're just trying to farm poetics, your best bet is Syrcus Tower spam, or once you're there in the HW storyline, Aetherochemical spam (And of course, the daily MSQ roulette for 500)

Aethero- is my way to go, if not castrum/praetorium, the thing is, the mechanics are still new to me, the party is basic 4 people and as a DRK bad player I tend to do a lot of mistakes. Plus, I hate burdening other players, especially healers...so, it is either my bad playstyle and slowly placing enemies bit by bit to defeat them or go in to longer runs but with people so OP that they just run and carry me....

But you get a lot of sprout healers and folks just new to healing in general in the leveling roulette sometimes. You learn to balance.

Poetics are always useful simply because of the vast amount of things that are done with them. For current gearing, that is getting the 485 relic, and respeccing the stats on the 515 relic. They are a catch all for all the old tomestone resources each expansion as well.

Lv 80 rotation is using unleash + stalwart soul + flood + eventually building into quietus for blackblood

Man...GNB feels almost identical to DRK for me, especially the way I put the skills. I wonder if PLD is going to be equally as fun with the skills.

Technically, DRK has aoe enmity the easiest because they can use flood of darkness to instantly establish aggro on the go

Just make sure you're hitting up blue quests that unlock things along the way if you want them. But really, you're not doing anything wrong. You'll overlevel the MSQ easily these days, especially if you have the Road to 70 buff
