Melee pulling instead of the tank just for arm’s length is generally not a thing.
Most pulls, when done with an adequate group, die fast enough that having 2 Arm’s Length wouldn’t really matter
It also puts extra strain on the healer as DPS are squishier than tanks.

The game doesn’t tell you, outside of class quests giving advice on what bait to use.
If you want to be lazy and not worry about catching specific fish, just use the Versatile Lure as it works at all levels for all types of fishing holes.

i would say try getting a CAT6 cable.. but i doubt it will help depending on your router and ISP.
CAT6 is same speed as a cat5 ehternet cable but has a larger bandwidth so it can ddownload more at once pretty much.

The timing is based on the southern front instance. Not the server or datacenter.
I think it was 50 minutes after instance is created and every hour after that, provided that there are enough players in the instance that qualify for it.
