for A/S ranks you don't need to actually unlock anything, you just go there and kill them and get the rewards on kill

the unlocks are to get the B rank weeklies and the daillies kill "quests"

which are good to casually get the hunt currency(and the daillies are ok for xp when waiting on queues)

the fastest way is to get powerlvled, past that you can solo by basically just killing whatever you want that's not a FATE or Dungeon mob on BLU and get quick xp

I soloed to 70 in 1h30 just playing normally(powerlvling is like 15mins or whatever so obviously much faster)

return glamour you mean remove the glamour? buy a glamour dispeller, use the Glamour option, then select Remove at the top

you start at 1 normally, and the classes are available when you reach the lvl to unlock them(60 for ShB classes)

so you basically play whatever, get to 60, switch and keep going with that if you prefer

Managing Storm’s Eye is super easy since you can make it a minute long buff

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.

that kinda doesn't really matter, and depending on what you meld you might have better chances(lower tier materias have higher meld chance than higher tier ones, so when hitting caps you might not need the highest possible). Do what you feel like, the goal is to meld everything anyway regardless of the order. Since the chances are independant for each item though there's no advantage to spreading it versus just doing one item fully
