yea, because of how gearing works, once you hit each level cap (50, 60, 70) you can get the best gear available for that level instantly via poetics. so all the gear from the content is essentially useless

there's usually 1-3 BiS lists around a couple different SkS tiers, usually people pick whichever is most comfortable to their ping. Most SkS for tanks comes from their gear, supplemented by materia/food if necessary

crit is a variable increase to attack or healing (depending on crit stat/level). direct hit is a flat 20% increase for damage only. yes you can have both applied to attacks (but not healing actions which are crit only)
(the fly over text will have 2 exclaim marks for a direct crit)

arr tends to handhold to a fault. it's mostly time to go through msq with the current reduction of filler quests post 5.3
that and dealing with the lack of skills in arr classes/jobs (especially before can aoe things)

If you are tanks and healers, yeah
Take note that if your job is exactly level 70, you want to go for the level 69 dungeon
(level 70 dungeons were the endgame dungeons so they were never tuned for giving good exp)
If you are Dps, dungeon is good if your queue time is around 10 minutes or less. Otherwise, go for Trust or Bozja
