You have a long ways to go then. Patch quests, such as 2.1 to 2.55, don't give a lot of XP because they came out when that was the level cap (50 for 2.x) so you couldn't level up anyway. And now they don't give much because the devs don't want you to be overleveled when you start the next expansion.

There is literally minimal reason to ever level grind and not do main story
technically there are faster ways when you unlock it like Palace of the Dead for example but it's pointless without MSQ
