to get the skysteel tool there is a quest by the skysteel manufactory

you have to upgrade them through a series of steps
for teh crafters you need to use the tool and craft a certain amount of each item per step and submit them to the npcs
there are a total of 4 steps so far
and for teh gatherers you would go and gather a certain amount of HQ items and a certain amount of a hidden item
and turn those in at each step

the crafter relics will require you to purchase items from either the marketboard
or use yellow scrips to fund them
each relic uses about 5k yellow scrips conservatively estimating it for now
we're expecting the final steps with this tuesday's 5.45 update
but for now the tools at max upgrade (skysung step) are about equal to a budget meh melded aesthete tool
pentamelded aesthete still surpasses it a bit

which shadow? sword cleaves is just left or right of the shadow. for front/back implosion you have to check for if his head is up or tail is up.
if head is up then its front so you go to the shadow
if tail is up then its back implosion so you go away from the shadow
if its about clones
when he casts shadowkeeper the clone will tp behind you and then cast a cleave
you can move after the tether has shifted from its previous location
one technique that works fairly well is be at max melee and face away from the boss
then walk into the boss hitbox after so the cleaves shoot outwards

So i recently joined the game. In all MMORPGs, if there's crafting, I'm doing it. So i want to level all my DoH and DoL while i do MSQ. i rushed msq to 20 to get chocobo, but now I'm thinking - get DoH to 20, check what the class quests need for them up to level 30,then when I do MSQ between 20 and 30, level and gather with DoL, rinse and repeat until maxed. Or is it better to first get to a high level and then just rush leveling my DoH/DoL class levels and quests?
