"How do I use it?"

In order to use the Glamour Dresser you need to first put the items you want to use for glamour inside of it. This requires a one-time cost of one Glamour Prism per item. You're able to safely take out the items, but you'll need to pay another Glamour Prism to put it back into the Dresser. Its worthless once you get into HW but until then, its going to be your bread and butter

there's a few reasons why qitana can be bad, tank hasn't updated gear(it's borderline but it helps if he has 65 stuff), not using cooldowns, doing some of the dumber pulls. If it's not these, then it's likely an issue with how you play, but it's hard to say without seeing it

you're meant to use all your kit, but you do want to pace yourself since there's usually 2 big pulls between each bosses and you don't want to be dry for the 2nd one

sometimes it means hard casting heals a bit, although optimally you should be able to cover most of the healing with oGCDs and weave some damage so stuff dies faster so you don't need as much healing

before 78, you just have to compensate a bit for the missing cooldowns

also, like, frankly, as a tank, if a healer can't keep up with my pulls, I just try to pull less aggressively rather than shit talking the healer

even if it was because you aren't healing as effectively as it could be flaming a healer for not being as comfortable with the game especially on a friggin levelling dungeon is just a dick move in general

but in terms of actually keeping up...idk, make sure you're trying to space up your burst heals a little bit, try to have sacred soil down early and get a feel for how quickly the tank's dropping hp and spend your shite accordingly

Second floor: (Head/Gloves/Boots) x2 + Weapon Tomestone + Glaze

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Regardless of if you obtained loot from your weekly clear, you will be barred from rolling on loot from the same encounter until the next weekly reset.

Entering an encounter before clearing the previous floor(s) will relinquish all rewards from previously uncleared floors. (e.g. Entering E12S before clearing E9S for the week will relinquish loot from E9S, E10S, and E11S.) You will lose a chance to earn a book and your chance to roll on any loot that drops that week.

The number of players in your party that have cleared/skipped the encounter for the week will also affect the loot you will get after clearing the encounter.

The game is pretty fun, especially when starting out, just as a fair warning--the combat is pretty slow.
If possible get friends to play with, or at the very least chill and chat in a VC or something to help pass the time in the early stages.

With that in mind, (if you're needing to start completely over) take it slow. There is no real rush to get to end game--it'd most likely hurt you more than help to be honest. Plus the game, if on a preferred server, will help you level without rushing anyway.
