Limit break does not get boosted by any player-based buffs
The only buffs that generally affect it are buffs done by the boss that increase or decrease damage that they take.
Like how the red magitek colossus in Castrum Meridianum massively reduces damage it takes. That would reduce the damage that a limit break would do.

materia meld are based on meld priority. A priority exist because some gear might have capped certain stats, so you would meld the next best thing
For example, say a job meld priority is Crit > DH > Det
So if your arm has capped Crit (you can see this information in the meld UI)
Then you will meld DH instead

You'll need a job boost and the ARR story boost if you want to skip 2.0 to 2.5
(if you don't get the job boost, you'll need to grind through levels 1 to 50 which isn't fun on your first job, since the story quests make up for about half of your EXP on your first job.)

So I recently figured out that as caster, many spells i use seem to have a sort of "grace period" of sorts near the end of it's casting that lets me move while still finishing the cast time, it's a small window near the very end of the cast time, but I found it can help me drop a spell and still have time to move, or leave an aoe of some kind.
Really my question is, is this something everybody knows? I am rather new to the game so I actually smiled cause it felt nice figuring this out, but I don't know if it's actually TOO useful in later stages of the game
