for just random mobs whoever taps it first gets credit

they're not that great exp for combat jobs, but are good for leveling crafters and gatherers
guildhests are basically like mini training missions that are there to teach players certain mechanics about dungeons, they're not good exp and they're sort of out dated
so they're not really worth bothering with
