@left lantern do your grand company hunting log, should get you most of the seals you need to get close if not at sergeant second class. if you haven't hit that rank, then do a couple of fates or do your leveling roulette if you haven't done it yet. once you hit sergeant second class you can turn in dungeon gear for seals
